Educating for PeaceWhat: Educating for Peace: Poets Respond to the Nuclear Age 70 Years after Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This poetry reading is part of Concordia University’s Educating for Peace Series taking place from August 1st to September 30th.

When: August 1 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. Refreshments will be served at the book signing which begins at 3:00 pm.

Emceed by Leah Stenson and featuring Oregon Poet Laureate Peter Sears, Washington Poet Laureate Emerita Kathleen Flenniken, Allison Cobb, Leah Stenson and high school student Chelsea Linn, winner of PSR’s Greenfield Peace Award.
